Painter is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional / Estimator eager
to grow our business and exceed sales targets.Key
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business
opportunities by networking, cold calling, and building
relationships with potential clients, including realtors and
property managers.
- Sales Execution: Conduct accurate and timely estimates both
in-person and virtually, following up diligently to secure
approvals and upsell additional services.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service,
addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive
experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish,
coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion within
budget and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our fun and
growth-oriented team, contributing to a positive work environment
that puts the customer first.What We Offer
