Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance
Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong
leadership abilities and extensive technical knowledge in facility
maintenance and repair.Job information: $21.00 - 23.00 hourly
rate!Key Responsibilities:Leadership
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure smooth and
efficient operations
- Establish priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate work
projects
- Provide clear direction to staff through effective verbal and
written communication
- Instruct staff in work details, observe performance, and
encourage improvementTechnical Duties
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance according to
manufacturers' specifications
- Inspect and adjust all systems daily
- Maintain and repair property equipment, including:
- HVAC systems (air conditioning, heating, ventilation,
refrigeration)
- Irrigation systems
- Plumbing and electrical systems
- Food/beverage equipment
- Courts, pools, and laundry equipment
- Resolve facility and public space maintenance issues
- Perform various repairs and maintenance tasks, such as:
- Replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, faucets, and
toilets
- Hardware installation
- Filter replacement
- Painting and wall covering
- Caulking and grouting
- Use basic hand and power tools effectively
- Maintain the appearance of the building's exterior and
interior
- Adhere to work order policies and proceduresAdditional

- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Conduct oneself professionally at all times
- Ensure a safe working environment and report unsafe conditions
immediately
- Maintain good working relationships with all departments
