Key Responsibilities
Abstract information from medical records for accurate discharge
status on managed care claims
Research and verify accurate discharge status information with
post-acute care agencies
Compile and submit organized reports and maintain communication
with project managers and clients
Required Qualifications
1+ years' experience working in healthcare
1+ years' experience in customer service
Comfortable being on the phone 75% of the time
Excel knowledge for data entry
