This position is remote nationwide.

This individual will collaborate with the delivery team and business partners to design, develop, maintain, and deliver advanced technology solutions on the Salesforce platform. As an individual contributor, they will engage with others to estimate development efforts based on high-level requirements and oversee all aspects of delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform's capabilities and how to navigate its limitations.


Responsibilities

Solve complex business challenges by leading the design and delivery of quality Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to platform best practices
Implement patterns and practices that ensure organizational security, performance, and compliance standards are met
Develop customized solutions using approaches such as Flow Builder, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
Support Salesforce integration with external systems and Cloud based platforms such as SharePoint, AWS, and Azure Active Directory
Leverage the Salesforce security model to effectively manage access and data visibility
Maintain and debug legacy Apex code and integrations
Review and approve pull requests to ensure compliance with established standards
Create and maintain technical documentation
Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests
Proactively identify potential risks or issues and perform root cause analysis as needed
Provide assistance and guidance to other Salesforce solution engineers as needed
Be an agent of Agile thinking to deliver testable and usable software iteratively



Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer with excellent design, problem solving, and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce web frameworks including Lightning Web Components and Aura
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, HMTL, and CSS
Experience in other object-oriented languages and other web frameworks is preferred
Solid experience with endpoint-to-endpoint and event-driven integrations without the use of API management tools
Strong knowledge of Salesforce REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs
Expert understanding of Salesforce database technology and data modeling
Solid hands-on experience with query and search languages SOQL and SOSL
Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce security model including object-level, field-level, and record-level access controls
Proficient with declarative development tools like Flow and Lightning App Builder
Experience with Salesforce Platform deployment using third party DevOps tools
Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, able to work independently or collaborate with others as needed
Experience with Agile methodologies
Salesforce Certifications:
Required: Administrator
Required: Platform Developer I
Preferred: Platform Developer II
Preferred: Platform App Builder
Preferred: Application Architect

Pay Range: $67.00 - $77.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
Health & Medical Benefits, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Time applicable by state.
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
