• Employment Type: Locum TenensJob Details:• 7a-4p regular day, then call 4p-7a; weekends are 7a-7a call; weekdays have day off when post call• Dates needed: 7/1-7/12, 8/5-8/9, 8/19-8/23, 8/26-8/31, 9/12-9/13, 10/3-10/4, 11/28-11/29, 12/23-12/31. • Call schedule: Rotation for weeknight and weekend call;• Type of Patients/Cases: Adult, pediatric, geriatric, newborn • Patients per shift: 6-8• Independent CRNA practice• EMR: Cerner • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Requirements:• Active unrestricted OR License • Active ACLS, & BLS certifications (PALS & NRP preferred also) • Board Certified• COVID VACCINE REQUIRED• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.TheraEx Staffing Services - APP Job ID #110461.
