PRIDE Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Albany, Oregon.Job Description & Requirements

  Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients recovering from surgery or managing acute medical conditions, prioritizing comfort, safety, and emotional support.
  Accurately administer prescribed medications and treatments, closely monitoring patient responses and promptly addressing any adverse reactions.
  Conduct thorough assessments of vital signs and symptoms, documenting findings and immediately reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to design, implement, and modify individualized care plans that address evolving patient needs.
  Provide clear and patient-focused education to individuals and their families, ensuring understanding of discharge instructions, medication regimens, and self-care strategies for optimal recovery outcomes.
  Actively support patients in achieving their recovery goals by delivering high-quality care and maintaining open, empathetic communication throughout the treatment process.
  
  Required Qualifications:
  Oregon State RN License
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  Over 1 year of experience
