Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Ideation Product Specialist
to develop and enhance clinical solutions in healthcare payment
integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new clinical and coding products in collaboration with
Medical Directors and Innovation Teams
Analyze claims data to refine claim selection methodologies and
track program performance
Provide support for implementation, client interactions, and
regulatory monitoring related to clinical policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, nursing, or
10 years of relevant experience
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
3+ years of experience in claims auditing and recovery auditing
5+ years of experience with healthcare policy and Medicare
guidelines
Experience in clinical ideation and new clinical content
development
