Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage brokerage initiatives and projects to ensure
quality and on-time delivery
Update and monitor project workflows and status reports
Provide customer service support and maintain communication with
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years in a sales environment; with 2-3 years in project
management or a similar role
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Knowledge of project management tools and their applications
Experience with PowerPoint and Canva for creating and editing
presentations
Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
