Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Customer Officer (B2B SaaS) to
optimize internal processes and explore new avenues for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies across Customer Experience,
Implementation, Business Systems, and Project Management
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with business
objectives and operational efficiency
Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
MBA preferred
15+ years of experience in operational leadership roles,
particularly in SaaS environments
At least 6 years of managerial experience with proven team
leadership capabilities
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and operational
dynamics
Experience in building and leading high-performance teams
