A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Manager to
guide customers in maximizing their investment in software
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships to promote feature adoption and
product enhancements
Oversee milestones and transitions for process optimization and
renewals
Conduct quarterly customer sentiment collection and manage
risk/issue identification
Required Qualifications
Experience in a services role within the software or high-tech
industry
Background as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
Account or project management experience with executive levels
Experience with data analytics to drive customer adoption
Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud technologies
