A company is looking for a Senior Business Recruiter for a 6-month project.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for Go-to-Market roles
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage top talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance

Required Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in sales, client services, or marketing
Experience sourcing for finance and/or technology companies, preferably B2B or SaaS
Passionate about employer branding and communicating company culture
Proactive and resourceful in a dynamic environment
Analytical mindset, using data to inform recruitment strategies
